Woohoo! We heard and saw the baby's heartbeat today (171 beats per minute). Chris has to figure out how to upload the actual video. Apparently it isn't a normal format, so it may take some expert skills. We're very excited. Everything is A-okay. I went in with my What to Expect When You're Expecting Pregnancy Journal filled with questions to ask the doctor. He was impressed and spent a few minutes looking through the journal. I think he might recommend it to other patients. Great buy at Half-Price Books!I'm so thrilled that everything looked great. After everything was over, I was very comforted about this pregnancy since I still don't really feel pregnant--other than the sick stomach and constant need for sleep. Speaking of which, the sleep is calling again. (I don't know why, but the post time is wrong. It's really 11:07.) If I get home from work earlier tomorrow, I'll upload some more information.
I'm so excited for the both of you!! It doesn't surprise me at all that the dr. was impressed with your organization skills in your journal. ;) Can't wait to meet baby Carpenter
